Guardianships & Conservatorships

If your child needs a legal guardianship established, I can competently and compassionately provide that service with your child’s best interest at heart. 

I also  act as guardian ad litem for adults with disabilities and elderly people who are not able to manage their money and property on their own. And as mentioned above, I can establish a guardianship or conservatorship for your loved one.

Abuse & Neglect Cases

I represent parents and grandparents in abuse and neglect cases. Having worked with a wide range of family situations, I provide fair, balanced legal representation to caregivers who have been accused of abuse and neglect.
